The Good the Bad and The UglyGood: Brian the sales rep is awesome and he knows his stuff. BAD: Support and service , now this is were Desert Valley Aire fails. They can't seem to give you a time frame on when to do the service. Oh check that yes they can after repeated calls and you have to get nasty with these guys.The Ugly: WOW thier dispatcher is nasty and short and boy watch out for that up front attitude. And "IS THAT ALL", Yes that is all I want, just what I pay you to do......... is that soooo hard.

Desert Valley Aire contacted us for a spring servicing on our units. The services they advertised in their call were not performed when the came to our home. They promised to check the freeon levels as well as the ducts in the attic. Their logic was it's cold air so the freeon's fine and the ducts in the attic- they didn't look at. Completely dissatisfied. Would not go with them again and if I heard my friend was going to have them to their home I would encourage them to cancel.
