I was pleased with the service at this location. When I received my order Viridiana came over and said I apologize for the wait and she appreciated my patience.

Viridiana did not have to say that because it was the customer's right to place her order even if it wasn't in a timely manner. It shows Viridiana values her customers and understands their time is important too. Also, she recognize we choose to spend our time with Dunkin Donuts and she wants us to come back.
