Provided by SuperpagesMy computer would not charge so i went to see what the deal was. The computer turned on when they changed the plug. I heard it turn on. A rep, took the battery out as fast as he could. Moments later he told me it was something to do with the mother bored as was going to be over 500 to fix. I went and bought a new computer the same day. Tried the new charger i got in my old computer and it works just fine. They told me lie to try and get my money. I would NOT recommend this location!

Provided by SuperpagesWell took in my computer it was gone for 10 days..came back with missing files removed do I could no longer update my Windows..lost and not able to recover. Had to buy a new hard drive even though I had one already installed a few months earlier. Cannot retrieve needed programs. Had photos and documents sent to a program that I had removed back in 2004. This caused me loss of photos and documents as I could not retrieve them and that program no longer existed. Five hundred dollars which included the new hard drive and I cannot access either my DVD Drive OR Compact Disc drive and so cannot save nor backup any files..Very expensive and worse when I brought it back home than when I took it in. Expensive. Would NOT recommend. I am aware only of the tech who worked on my computer not of the other techs there. This was May 2009
