Controlled Coatings, Inc. is not a company to deal with here in the valley for several reasons. On their web-site they boast of employing only the best Engineers, fact, they dont have any engineers and, boast of quality. They have one of the highest rejection rates for this type of business in the valley. They have lost many fairly large local customers and some in California. To be more specific, Vitron Mfg., Rockwell Collins, all for powder coating, paint, and, part marking.

The General Manager, has no formal training. He relies on his father, whom worked at Honeywell as a grinder to help guide him. At best the GM can boast of having a certificate for Level II Penetrant Insp. Fore warning, sending parts to this company will result in one of several things happening. Late, part marked on the wrong side, or they just screw it up.
