We cancelled with CBIC too. On 2 occasions, on a business weekday, they did not answer their phone when I called to comnplain about being over-billed. Their frequent over-charge billing and not answering the phone on a business day made me wonder if I went with a rinky-dink company. It made me worry how they would handle a claim. Then the final straw, they cancelled my company insurance when the check was in their mail room and want to charge me a $ 312.00 fee to re-instate ! I would not recommend them to anyone.

Find another company. We had a major hailstorm in 2010 in Glendale, AZ. The adjuster they sent to us missed half the damages, did not want to fully cover the damages we had even though we had a replacement cost policy. They tried to get by as cheap as possible and tried to tell us we were not covered for certain things that our policy clearly stated we were. Had to hire a lawyer to get them to replace our totaled out roof. They were overall very hard to deal with and dishonest at every turn. Still have not gotten paid for some of our damages to this day even though I have pictures of the damage. Can't affor to hire another lawyer. There are much better companys out there. I'm dropping this one.!!!!
