I have been taking my 5 vehicles to Carmen for over 15 years. He is the only shop I will take my vehicles too. Even when we moved to Cave Creek, I continued going to his shop. It is worth the drive knowing the work will be done properly and at a fair price. AND, he has a great sense of humor. He is also the only mechanic to not treat my wife like she is dumb (and trust me, she isn't.

This is the ONLY shop I will ever take my vehicles to. I have had Carmen's work on my cars in the past. One of them had major engine repairs, and it has been over 4 years since they have repaired it, and I have NO problems with it since. My boss recently had a problem with our newer work truck. He had taken it to several shops including the dealer. All of tthem told him he needed a different part to be replaced, and each one said it was a very expensive part that it needed. I finally got him to take it to Carmen's. After they had looked at it and diagnose the problem, it ended up only needing a small $ 6.00 part that they fixed for no extra charge. In the end they only charged us a inexpensive shop fee, and have had no problems with the truck since. We are very thankful, because we didn't have a lot of money for an expensive repair.
