These people deducted the July, 2013 merchant fees TWICE out of our account.



When I called to complain they said "we are aware of it and it should be resolved within a week." A week? Are you kidding? Having money unnecessarily sucked out of a checking account can be devastating for a small business. It probably caused some companies to be overdrawn. And then having to wait to get it back.

Very trustworthy company to do business with, no hidden fees like other companies. The bills and website are really easy to use and read for the credit card transaction reports, saves a TON of time.

Patiently explained how the Durbin Amendment works and how it can save on debit card rates. Now I know why supermarkets try to process debit cards instead of credit, and they gave me the same kind of reader.
