The staff was very helpful in assisting my family with our bike purchases. They had a great selection and were very patient with us (myself, my wife, and our 3 children). I will definitely be going to Bikes Direct for all of our cycling needs.

I brought my bike in for a tune-up and had to bring it back three times to have more adjustments done. Did not offer an apology or any other way to make up for it. Very disappointing. I didn't get what I paid for, I will never go back there!
