I've been a Christian most of my life, and, as a man, I've felt for a while that churches were dominated by women. While that's all well and good, I wanted solid friendships with men who are real men. When I moved to Phoenix, I found BRC, and one of my primary considerations was Men's Ministry. I wanted a place where I could hang out with guys who enjoy the same sort of things I do: hunting, fishing, shooting, and adventure. The ratio of men to women at this church is strong, close to 1:1, and I feel the pastor relates well with me.My wife and kids love this church, and although they are important in our choice of churches, there is no argument from any of us that this is OUR church. I want my boys to be influenced by solid Christian men, and BRC provides the atmosphere where that will happen.

If you're in the North Phoenix are and are looking for a church home, this one is definitely worth a shot. It's a smaller, but growing church with a bigger church mentality and seems to be doing a great job reaching their community. The kids ministry is really stellar. My kids love it because its got the same quality and energy they like about their favorite Nick and Disney shows, but I love it because they are now memorizing 2 scriptures a week! And they now LOVE their bibles. SO COOL!! The Sunday morning atmosphere is electric and worship is great. I see that lots of the members are connected via Facebook and Twitter (including the Pastor) and they seem to have a good system of following up on guests.

Bell Road Church (BRC) is a church that can impact your life for eternity. When I attended BRC I found out that they are successful because they understand what it takes to build and keep relationships. It wasn’t because they have a distinct message, vocation, or special way of doing things. I was impacted because they are a real, sincere, God-worshipping church with a desire to see people come into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and experience new life. They have a family-like atmosphere that made me feel welcomed from the time I entered the doors until the time I left. The messages that the pastor preaches are relevant to the challenges we face today and will leave you wanting to know more about Jesus.
