Horrible experience with company that does not live up to it's name. They take no accountability for their product at all and customer service is deplorable. I used their cleaning service, which left terrible stains on the carpet. The professional cleaner said he used too many chemicals. Coming back twice did not help. They stated stains caused by pets and washed their hands of me.An independent carpet cleaner came out, and said that stains could not be caused by pets, and surmised that since stains only showed up after Baker Brothers came to clean, it was in all probability something they did. Stains came out with a rinse only.I paid $200 to have Baker Brothers Stain my carpet and take no responsibility. They dismissed my claims that it could not have been pets entirely.
