I got there on time and overheard the physician complain about me being late and was rude the entire time. She saw me an hour late so it's not my fault. She didn't even know I was there because she walked into the room I was in with her purse and had already said bye to her staff. I had called to schedule an appointment for phentermine. They should have told me over the phone that "things have changed" like she said instead of having me drive to PHX from Tucson. I had gone there before and they prescribed it with no problems. At that time I weighed less than I do now and she refused to prescribe it because according to her I'm not overweight "for being Hispanic." This is the heaviest i have been and was previously prescribed because even at that time I was overweight. Her assistant took my stats and she still continued to say I'm not overweight and to disregard my BMI. She then looked at my measurements and said the assistant did it wrong because she can tell I'm not as big. She then tells me shes going to do a physical and blood work on me and I tell her I had one done a couple of weeks ago by my primary doctor. She was upset that I didn't choose them as my primary then tells me to sit on the chair. I asked "are you going to do another physical?" With an attitude she says no that it's an assessment. She checked my neck and told me I need an ultrasound. my primary doctor or physician assistants have never recommended it. They are obviously trying to find ways to rack up my bill. Then she had her assistants draw blood and hooked me up to a machine. The new girl who had experience from a former employer tells the other that that's not how they showed her to do it. The other girl says well that's how they trained me, but later says that a client once told her she was doing it wrong. They then scheduled an appointment in two weeks w/out telling me what it is for. The physician is an African American lady...sorry, didn't catch her name.

Great,friendly service over the phone. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming then came the waiting. We spent nearly three hours in the waiting area with the blasting radio. Could hear the staff talking and laughing over in the waiting area which is just more disappointing because of the wait time. The office is clean but the lack of efficiency really hurts this office.

Will never recommend to anyone. Check in ok as a new patient my appt was at 1015 I checked in and got paper work at 1000. Check in was eta 30 minutes till a nurse called me back. 1st exam room was not cleaned the nurse kept stepping out to get things or help someone else, obviously the patient is not the main concern. She steps out 3 times another nurse came she stepped out the other nurse then came in an said ill be right with you. Finally she came in and checked my blood pressure and asked why I'm being seen for birth control and a physical I told her then she asks about my cough, but that's not what I had the appt for. Then she took me to another exam room, also was not cleaned. (Didn't even clean it, if I noticed it was not clean she should of and she could of cleaned it) then waited 50 minutes for the Dr. Then when she comes in I get told I need to re schedule For a physical but she will see me for my cough I told her I'm not going to re sch. For a physical I didn't come in for a cough my appt was for a well women physical for birth control i want to try the nuvaring and that is what I told her nurse. The provider gave off a rude vibe since she walked in. I told her I'm here for my physical and if she won't do it then this was a waist of time and I want my co pay back. She starts questioning about if i ever saw a dr on a first visit for it i told her i have and had no problem she said they don't do that and i need to sch. i told i scheduled this for a physical and your telling me i need to re schedule??? She then walked me out and said to the front desk ladies I will not see this patient just give her the money back. I only give this one star for the African American lady at the front desk she was nice and I had no problems during check in and she gave off a friendly vibe. Not like the other nurse who seemed to care for everyone else and not get my vitals done right away she kept having to step out and send another nurse I'm like all this just for her to get my blood pressure temp and why I was in to be seen for. Maybe the other providers are ok I don't know but the one I met was horrible. What upset me was how dirty and unorganized it was and to top it off a 50 minute wait for a provider with a bad attitude who told me I needed to re schedule for the physical but she will see me for my other problems. got my money back. The front desk lady told me the providers name is Christine Rosenberg. If she gave me the correct name I don't know but if it is I was sure to mention it.
