I just called and was trying to explain my problem. In the middle of talking the gal who answered the phone interrupted me and started to explain that I was calling a law office and was I calling the correct place. However had she just waited a few more seconds I could have finished explaining my problem and she could have potentially got a new client. I am not sure why she interrupted me but it was very disappointing. I apologized for wasting her time and hung up. I don't know if they are good or bad but just make sure you or short and to the point when you call.
