I arranged for a pick-up at our house to take us to the airport. They said no problem, it will be there at 4:00. At 4:10, I called and asked when the taxi would get here, and they said just a few more minutes. At 4:20, I called and asked when the taxi would get here, and a different person said they had no idea. I asked why the previous lady told us it would be just a few more minutes. They said - she lied to you. So we had to drive our personal car to the airport and had to pay a huge parking garage bill or else we would have missed our plane flight. Upon return, I called AAA to ask what happened? It was very clear that they did not care that they lied to us, they did not care that we could have missed our flight, and they did not care that we are out a lot of money. If you don't believe me, please call them and ask if they can guarantee a pre-arranged pick-up time. They will say that nobody can, but that is another lie.
