The worst and rudest people that I have ever dealt with I will never obtain a loan through this company again!

Great company, easy to work with, i was late on my payment just a few times during my 36 month contract, but never received an penalty. I will use them again in the future.

Horrible customer service, no website, constant hounding. I am contacting the Better business Bureau and seeing what i can do to file a class action suit against this company. there are enough complaints that someone should have started one by now as it is.

They are no where to be found after 4:30 nor do they care if you need help with anything other than payment and you cant make a payment over phone or by a debt card no way to make a payment.

Horrible customer service and they don't communicate with each other. They often forget to document payment agreements or other verbal agreements. Not worth the trouble. Never again
