I bought a SDS max chippinghammer here maybe ten years ago and am grateful for it every time I pull it out of the box.its the one tool I hate to have to use, but oh so glad I have it when I need it. !! I'm looking forward to returning to the store soon to search for another quality used tool

Took my Paslode gas air nailer 9in to get back door pin adjusted. Got home and now does not fire since they disassembled and reassembled. Never again. Was firing before, just needed the the pin adjusted to allow easy access to loading gas cartridges. Now going to cost me to get repaired for something new once they were done!

I've been buying tools at A1 for awhile now. Since I have to drive about 100 miles round trip ( I live outside Phoenix) I go where I can get the best deals because I don't want to "make the rounds" looking for a particular tool and negotiating prices. A1 tools has a large selection of new & used tools at fair prices and I've always gotten my money's worth. This is a great place for the serious tool buyer. The owner will work with you on trades & lay-aways on more expensive tools. I've seen one or two negative reviews about the place but I can tell you that these are isolated situations because I met other buyers in the store and they all have the same opinion as I do. A1 tools is a great place to get tools at reasonable prices.

Owner is the rudest person imaginable. He can't even speak English and somehow that's everyone else's fault. Completely unprofessional. Wouldn't do business with them if they were the last company on earth.

A-1 TOOLS IS AN EXCELLENT PLACE TO BUY NEW AND USE EQUIPMENT .MOST OF THE USED EQUIPMENT HE SELLS COME WITH A EXTENED WARRANTY AND COME WITH A GUARANTEE IT WILL WORK...IF ANYTHING WAS TO BRAK ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS BRING IT BACK AND HELL FIX IT FOR FREE.SO FAR I HAVE BAUGHT OVER $2,500 IN THE PAST 3 YEARS.I NEVER FELT LIKE HE HAS EVER TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE ME.HE ALSO DOES HIS OWN REPAIR WORK..I WOULD RECOMEND A-1 TOOLS TO ALL THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED OF A PROFESSIONAL AND RELIEABLE EXPERT IN NEW AND USED TOOLS

could not believe this place went in to sell nail gun the owner said it sold for 49 dollars new but then saw same nail gun in his store for 49 dollars used. Although didnt mention it to manager he must of new i noticed because 5 minutes later while looking at drills he told me i needed to leave. If he hadn't said that i would of been buying tools from him, but due to his attitude I will never return or recommend this place to anyone
