I have never been to an office anywhere where the staff is as rude as they are at Philipsburg Family Dentistry. If you are thinking of making an appointment, DON’T!

I had my 10 year old to about 7 appointments here And the latest one was rudness and canny attitudes i got from being 8 mins late. Okay i get it but there was nobody in the waiting room period also no patient in any room cause all three hygentist were lounging back one with her feet propped up. The receptionist told me to hold one to see if the doc would even see her.. i said ok cause we are late how late? All 8 mins... i drive 30 mins to get there...had to pick up my daughter since she missed so much school cause her broken foot i waited till end of school day the latest possible to pick her up also she had to use bathroom halfway there not fast process with crutches and broken foot. To make this short the receptoonist came back.. she c u this time but next time she wont. I kinda like in awe because nobody was there and like i said all the hygentist were lounging behind the desk gossiping. Really u r going to make me feel crap because of 8 mins all and few weeks before i was 5 but all other ones i was on time. Well they made me feel tiny because i am single parent 2 jobs coming 30 mins away who just had back surgery 4 weeks ago with my kid on crutches. The whole point of this vent is there was not a soul like several other times and gossiping way in the office period ... really had to confront me. Then of course i got an attitude would u? And the doc decided to say through the door she didnt want to see my daughter cause of it..

The appointments ladies and doctors at this office are VERY unprofessional! DO NOT GO HERE! The doctor told me she DID NOT CARE what my insurance said to her. More than less she just wanted my money. She refused to send the correct paper work to my insurance! Again she said she didn't care! She didn't care about me why would she care about you? she just wants your money! And last the appointment ladies and doctors were VERY disrespectful to me if it isn't bad enough already telling one of your patients you don't care about them! As I was leaving the doctor went into another room with a nurse and they were talking about me like I was crazy and I could hear them! They said they didn't even know what paperwork I was talking about! Yeah right then how come the dentist I just switched to knows exactly what I am talking about! You know why because that lady is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am checking up into her and making sure she's even being honest about her degree! I may even take her to court for being so disrespectful towards me! When I called my fiancé to tell him what happened as I was standing there the ladies in the office who make appointments starting LAUGHING at me! So please for the sake of your teeth and the mental abuse DONT GO TO DR. JOLENE SHE IS NOT A REAL DOCTOR SHE JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY!
