This is OK, but there is and ever shrinking menu and the inside resembles a very old and outdated dumpy DQ. It is obvious that the owner is CHEAP. Most of the staff is pretty friendly. Don't know why they publish a phone number as they don't ever seem to answer it. If you want to order an Ice Cream Cake, better off to go elsewhere unless you want to visit in person. Compare this to other DQ's in the area like State College and it is a dive. They close for a couple months in the winter - would be a great time to update or at least do a serious cleaning. Not the cleanest resturant in town.
