I had Joe service my heater and do a total rerun of my duct system after some serious plumbing issue caused my slab duct to flood causing all kinds of problems , He was here two days before Thanksgiving and put in a long day to get me back on track ,Here I am posting over the Christmas holidays to give credit where it is due, I have to agree with the other review, Good guy and great work and he dropped the price from his quote when he was finished, Yes I would use tri state heating & air again

By far the best service I have ever received from any business!
I had my first experience with Joe, the owner, on Friday, the start of the July 4th weekend when my AC just stopped functioning. I took a chance on his business because he was close by and I was desperate as it was incredibly hot!
He called me back after I left a detailed message within minutes, although he had already begun his vacation at the shore. He was so concerned that I would be uncomfortable over the weekend, he told me he would send his inexperienced brother in law to take a look at the AC unit since he was the only one available by that point.
Via phone, he attempted to diagnose the problem and instructed his brother in law in what to do. He told me however, that since he was not able to see the unit first hand, he could not guarantee it would function. His brother in law went to purchase the $100 part and returned to install it within 30 minutes. He would not take my money however as the unit did not work with the new part. Joe told me he would be there on Monday morning after the holiday to ascertain and correct the problem. True to his word he was there bright and early.
Within minutes the AC unit was working. It was not the part he told me I initially needed on Friday. It was something else that he corrected with an inexpensive part he had on his truck. If you can believe, he was so upset that he had his brother in law install the part, he charged me only for the part....no charge for the labor or house call. It was all free. What an honest person! I was incredulous!
Everything ran fine and no problem with the unit. But, at the end of the summer after a power outage, the thermostat blew up! Joe was at my house within 30 minutes and I had a new thermostat in 5 minutes. That day I had no cash on hand for the service and he told me to call him whenever I had the money to pay him but certainly not to worry! Again, I was incredulous!
My last run in with this incredible person was when my heater would not turn on. Outside the temperature was 30 degrees and I was scared to death I would freeze. I didn't even know he repaired heaters. Well, I called to inquire. He returned my call within 5 minutes although he was on another job. He told me he would stop by on his way home after the job he was finishing. He was at my door within 30 minutes! He went to look at the unit and the heater was on within 5 minutes of his repair. Incredulous again as I stood there with my mouth hanging open when he said, "No charge"...
If you EVER are in need of repair of your AC or heat, you can ALWAYS count on Joe!
He is by far the greatest EVER! There are none like him!
