Ask for Vern. She was so professional, nice and patient! I had to send my fiancé a bouquet of red roses. Vern was very pleasant making "small talk" in the meantime while she took my order. I wanted to send my fiancé a message in Spanish, since he spoke limited English and Vern was willing to write it for me (not having any prior Spanish experience herself) and read the message over and over to make sure it was spelled right. I also wanted to cover the delivery tip so that my fiancé wouldn't have to pay it. She said to not even worry about it. Also, being in a same-sex relationship, I thought that maybe I would be discriminated or treated differently when I told Vern my fiancé's name, she didn't even change her attitude. She was still very sweet and helpful. overall a great experience.

Torresdale Flowers is simply the best. Anntoinette and her staff provide excellent, friendly service. The flowers and planters are always beautiful. I use them for all my business and personal needs.

Call them at the last minute for funeral flowers....and they had no problem taking them there and when I saw them they were beautiful....will call them for all my needs.

SAVE YOUR MONEY I ordered flowers for a friends belated birthday. the arrangement was small and cheaply done, it insult to injury. Philly has plenty of florists find another.
