They have terrible service. Worst body shop ever! They charge you extra and provide less than minimum service.

They lie do not honor contracts I took my car in for work an the add a scratch to my hood free of charge now I have to take legal action I do not recombed anyone to them not even my worst enemy an make sure y'all look up they ratings with the better business bureau which I reported them to for what they did

They fixed my wife's car few years back and replaced the engine along with it. Well, recently, the alternator came off and almost started a fire in my wife's car. Our mechanic said that whoever was near the alternator most likely over torqued the bolts holding the alternator which probably caused them to fail. All 3 bolts holding the alternator broke off most likely due to over-torqueing.

We called Syrena and of course, they denied everything and said they are not responsible.

Bolts on cars just don't break off unless somebody over tightens them. Syrena must have a gorilla for a mechanic. AVOID!

I recently went to Syrena's after a car accident to get my front end of my vehicle fixed. I was very pleased with the all-in-one service model. I was able to drop my car off, meet with an insurance adjustor and pick-up a rental. My car was returned to me in 3 days ($3000 worth of damage, not a small job). This was a swift job and the car was returned to me shiny and freshly vacuumed. The service was great. About a week later I noticed an area on my front grill that was damaged. I assumed it was due to the damage from the accident that Syrena's may have missed. I called and they instructed me to bring it back in. I learned that this was prior damage that my insurance company did not think was caused by the accident. Syrena's took care of it anyway without charge. Today it is very hard to find a company that provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond for their customers. Syrena's did this for me. I told an employee there that it is rare today to find a company that still puts their customers first. That is the reason I am writing this review. They did a great job and I would recommend them based simply on how they treated me.
