I was extremely lucky to find this place. It truly is a hidden gem. I have done tons and tons of research into all types of lasers and hair removal procedures. It took me over a year of calling and visiting various places before I felt comfortable with getting the procedure done. Once I finally got the nerve to do this, I came across a promotion that was being run on LIvingSocial.com and decided to give it a try.

Before I purchased the deal I decided to call Silver Apple Medical Spa to get some more information and the young lady who answered the phone was so polite and friendly. No matter how many questions I had she never seemed to be aggravated or annoyed, since I have never done this type of procedure before. By the time I got off the phone I felt much more secure about my decision and my service treatment that I bought.

When it was time for my appointment I was greeted by a friendly staff and the Doctor took her time in reviewing everything with me again even more thoroughly.

She is very knowledgable and has a ton of experience working with many skin types.

The package that I purchased was an extreme, extreme discount for 6 Laser Hair Removal sessions. The sessions went so great that I decided to purchase even more services from Silver Apple Medical Spa (ie. laser hair removal and chemical peel).

Absolutely no pain and hassle free.

Dr. Johnson is very friendly and explained everything about my procedure before performing anything. She also made sure to answer any questions I had as well. I had laser hair removal treatment and had no after effects and it was basically painless. I would recommend silver apple medical spa to my friends and would look to return in the future for other treatments

This place is awesome! Dr. Johnson really took her time explaining everything to me, and I'm always in and out very quickly! The various services offered are incredible! From laser hair removal treatments to skincare regimens, Silver Apple Medical Spa is definitely the place to go for great results!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was thoroughly disappointed with the service. They have changed the receptionist three times in less than a year and the guy they have there now is horrible. The person doing the procedure is a doctor, per the license I saw on the way out but I wonder why a MD would move into this field (I digress). I brought the living social $99 six treatment deal for my upper lip. After the first procedure I broke out with little white bumps on my upper lip which left marks. When I went back I still had one or two little white bumps and asked her if this was normal and what I could do to prevent this from happening again. She had no advice and was no help. I let her do the second treatment just to see if maybe it was a bad reaction and it was a one-time thing. It happened again so I never let her touch my lip again. How is she a medical doctor doing these procedure and she gives NO before or after care advice? I lost out on the $99 6 treatment deal but she had another $99 deal on her website for three treatments for $99. I figured I go with the under arms and bikini area. I had no adverse problems with those treatments. I plan on doing another three treatments on those areas at another place where there is better service.

I have several complaints concerning this so called medical spa. 1. She is only open Tuesday through Friday and on Friday they close by 2pm. What spa do you know closes early on Friday and no Saturday hours? Those are your money making days. Basically, to go here you have to take of day from work. Plus, they want you to come back in 4 weeks but when you have very few days and limited hours of operation it makes it difficult. 2. On my last visit they have a sign stating they are charging a mandatory 15% gratuity on all online vouchers. I didn’t like this at all for this being my last visit and the first time hearing and seeing this I thought it was just plain wrong. I have no problem paying a gratuity but this is your business and you are making 100% of the profit….why am I tipping you??? Especially, when your service is poor! If I would have been told of the gratuity when I made the appointment I would not have liked it but I would have been prepared. 3. She gives no before or after care advice. The first time I came she said I should have shaved. Well I searched her site before I went for the procedure and I didn’t see anything on how to prepare for this treatment so I didn’t shave. The next time I shaved and she says…. You should shave 3 days prior. Really??? Thanks for the heads up now that your about to laser me. 4. Lateness… I had a 9am appointment. She strolls in after 9:15. Things happen but that was not the first time but it was the last. 5. Over priced products. I brought this cream she made up for marks. The product was in a container the size of a contact lens holder. She charged $15. It was not worth $15 maybe $5.

I have no intentions of ever going back nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!! I paid for a Groupon for laser treatment for my underarms. i have been thinking of doing laser treatment for a while so i figured I'd give this place a try and see where it goes. With 3 sessions left, I had an emergency and missed an appointment. When I called later in the day to apologize and reschedule, I was met by a very rude male who absolutely refused to let me make an appointment until I paid a $50 fee. Now please keep in mind I paid $99 for 6 sessions!!! I would have been happy to pay full price once my intro sessions were up but not at an extra fee for no reason. I was essentially told that since I bought a deal through Groupon, I really didn't matter. Well, I can definitely say they lost a loyal future client!!! The man I spoke with also refused to allow me to speak to a manager or owner. he kept insisting he was the owner and manager and every employee in there!!!! How ridiculous! BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!
