Fantastic. Simply wonderful. I've traveled all over the world looking for the best hamburger and found it here. If you are used to the finest food; you must simply go to Rouge. Call ahead! We were lucky to get a table. We're not sure what her job is there but, Reenie made us feel so welcome. Thank you Reenie, for making our stay in Philadelphia a welcome one and for finding a table for us when our feet were sore from walking and mostly, dear one, for the best food in the city. Come see us in Paris!! For those in Philadelphia...GO TO ROUGE
