Bill talks a good game but doesn't deliver. More concerned about getting paid than doing a good job. While he encountered more problems than were anticipated, the level of communication was not productive and ended up wasting lots of time. I needed to do final punch list as Bill wanted to charge me more to finish including a $65 delivery charge for additional paint. Bigger problem is that there are many paint bubbles and cracks in the shutters which Bill is refusing to fix. They were installed only about 3 weeks ago and are literally falling apart most likely due to bad workmanship(see photos). Legal action pending to enforce warranty. NOT RECOMMENDED.

We were Very pleased with everything from start 2 finish. Very professional! Very recommended!!

Bill Bradley was very thorough- he made sure all uneven portions and cracks were spackled and sanded down, and the finished result was amazing. The home hadn't been repainted in 20 years, and his paint job made the walls look new. Best yet, he's a man of his word- he underestimated the cost of paint on my job but ate the cost to stick to his price. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Owner, Bill Bradley, was professional, detailed, timely - and did beautiful work. His crew was neat and really minimized the "job-site" feeling for me, which I appreciated immensely! I would highly recommend Prestigious Painting & Decorating.
