Provided by YP.comBill talks a good game but doesn't deliver. More concerned about getting paid than doing a good job. While he encountered more problems than were anticipated, the level of communication was not productive and ended up wasting lots of time. I needed to do final punch list as Bill wanted to charge me more to finish including a $65 delivery charge for additional paint. Bigger problem is that there are many paint bubbles and cracks in the shutters which Bill is refusing to fix. They were installed only about 3 weeks ago and are literally falling apart most likely due to bad workmanship(see photos). Legal action pending to enforce warranty. NOT RECOMMENDED.
