He came in and did a home inspection on our home. He put a whole in our popcorn ceiling in our kitchen. He returned to fix it by slapping some putty in it. He never sanded, repainted or replaced the popcorn. When we inquired about it he claimed the popcorn was already missing and that the ceiling was already rotted out. The fact that he used a plastic folder chair we had instead of a ladder may have something to do with it. Also he went and moved our basement washer, dryer and refrigerator about 3 feet away from the wall. The refrigerator is now leaking. Of course he claims that it was that way when he arrived. After doing an internet search saw that there was also a Better Business Bureau complaint.
