Jared Kerr, the owner/operator of this hotel is the total guru.

When I heard about this place, I immediately had to take a tour. When I walked through the front doors, I didn't even have to ask! When they learned I wasn't dropping off a pet, the very next question was, "can I give you a tour." I found that the entire staff acted this way - helpful and cordial and very eager to talk with me about my dog!

The location was perfect! Right near the airport! And when I picked my little baby up at the end of my vacation, she was calm and happy and her blanket that I brought in with her had been washed and folded, the leash I brought her in on was brought out to me, and her toys (thats right, they allow you to leave your pets' toys with them - to remind them of home a bit) were brought out as well, all accounted for!

They right a tight ship, and a clean operation at this facility, and I would't trust any other "kennel" now that I've seen this "hotel."
