I hired Petrelli Law Firm in 2015. It was a simple case of Gave-Up-Her-Career Stay-at-Home-Mother vs. Ambitious Career-Driven Never-Home Father.
The most important thing to me was to continue to raise my 2 pre-teen children as I had been doing all their lives. There was no major argument about money, it was a completely secondary interest to my kids.
All Petrelli had to do was keep me as primary care giver.
They Failed.
Father got half physical custody and began caring for the children in absentia. But this was not enough for Father. He continued to sue for more. He sued for Sole Legal Custody.
Petrelli Failed again.
I lost my half Legal Custody. But this was not enough for Father. He sued for Full Legal and Full Physical Custody!
One would think I would have found a new lawyer at this point, but no, I did not; I had a relationship with them and thought it would all work out.
Big Mistake!
