Cornell West has been very helpful & accommodating .....
Rates have been good (weekly rental)....
Payless worked very well in that a major credit card was not needed as well as paychecks & Utility Bills were not needed (debit card & a deposit is required, which is OK).....
The rental vehicle is currently being used for a least a week and hope to maintain a 5 star review....
