Called for service. Got a voice mailbox. No return call, no one came. Called their regular phone number, got excuses. No heat for 7 days now. I give up. I recommend that you find a reputable company. Been a customer for 10 years here. So much for customer loyalty.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Most reasonably priced home heating oil in Bucks County! Just can’t beat their incentives. Get your neighbors together and save even more. We just saved 20cents/gallon- 2.29/gallon!! Great service, automatic delivery-Keeping our Holland, PA home warm for years!

We ran out of oil twice this year and they came right out same day. Very fast. Didn't have to wait around all day.

The driver showed up when he was suppost to even started my heater for me for free. Customer service was very helpful too.

Run far away! DO NOT GET OIL FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! By far the WORST customer service I've ever encountered! The manager, Mark Antico, should be fired!!! They have no concept of customer loyalty.

THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBILE, THE DRIVER THAT DELIVERED OIL TO MY HOME, RIPPED ME OFF FOR $300.00! I PAID HIM CASH AND HE MARKED IT AS CREDIT CARD AND THEN MY CREDIT CARD WAS ALSO CHARGED $300.00[WHICH I NOW HAVE TO DISPUTE WITH THEM] BASICALLY THE DRIVER PUT MY $300.00 CASH IN HIS POCKET AND SAID THAT I NEVER GAVE IT TO HIM [ I HAVE DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS] WHEN I CALLED THE MANAGER, HE DID NOT EVEN WANT TO DISCUSS THE PROBLEM W/ME, HE SAID THAT HIS DRIVER SAID THAT I NEVER GAVE HIM CASH AND HE BELIEVE'S HIS DRIVER....I BELIEVE THAT I WAS TREATED VERY POOR AND THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CONDUCT BUSINESS IN THE PROPER WAY! I used them last season w/o a problem other than maybe not delivering when they said they would. First delivery of this season & I am told that they delievered to my home, spoke to someone and left a receipt when I was home all day AND my tank is on empty. The woman becomes beligerant with my husband and says to cancel the order b/c she doesn't "give a f*ck!" So, I don't need to write about customer service. I ended up having to file a police report just in case...hopefully they will deliver tomorrow. Like I said, never had a problem before...and I never will again b/c they have lost a customer.
