i am currently a patient at NHS and to be honest with you they saved my life! If you want a big change in your life this is the place to start. I have been to many places that claim to help you with D&A, pshcological but NHS is the only one that took the time to care about me. Its not about the money for them. So take that step and give yourself a break you are worth it.
