About 10 years ago I purchased a rascal scooter from electric mobility for my fathe . A few years ago the rascal company when out of business and I have been having such a problem finding someone to fix my scooter. I just recently called Mr. wheelchair to see if they could fix my rascal ,come to find out they have rascal parts in stock. So far there the only company that could repair my rascal scooter. I'm really happy I'm mobile again sugar house here I come!

I recommend this company highly. I had a recent problem with my wheelchair when the rubber tread on the large tires came off in small pieces. I called several companies and they wanted to sell me two whole wheels at great expense. When I called this company they were ore than happy to replace just the rubber tread at a great savings. When the had my wheelchair they also checked it over and corrected several small problems at no cost

Mike is the best wheelchair service man I have met in this whole years of being in this business and he deserves a good review and I would recommend him to anybody Mr. wheelchair is very knowledgeable and experienced

Excellent service. Spoke with Mike on the phone after calling at least 4 other places to have my wheelchair repaired. My husband took my chair there the next day. Not only was it repaired immediately but it cost less than half of what other places wanted. Friendly people, fast, economical service.

I just rolled right up in there the other day and I needed to new wheels and new brakes for my cookie to manual wheelchair and it only took about 30 minutes for them to do my wheels and brakes and they did not have to order any parts I was able to sit and wait for my chair I am very satisfied

I will never buy another scooter online, I purchased a scooter from spin life and had the so called white glove delivery which the delivery man had no clue what he was doing. Then I had nothing but problems with the scooter and spin life was no help to my warranty and eventually after many many phone calls to pride mobility they sent out mr wheelchair who finally was able to fix my scooter and they explained my scooter to me how it works and operates and I now realize I got screwed online. I believe my problems started when the white glove delivery man from spin life told me he never saw this model before as he was putting it together and he was learning as he goes. I was more confused then ever because after my scooter was delivered I felt like I was robbed. He could not explain it how it operates and he was having such a problem putting it together and he said it's not his job to explain the scooter to me. Thank you mr wheelchair for all your help

I purchased a scooter and had nothing but problems with it.

I just reserved a medical scooter rental for Halloween so I can go out trick-or -treating with my grandchildren and I went to there store on Frankford Avenue and they were very knowledgeable and friendly, and they also have a very nice store. I will definitely come back here to buy one when I'm ready

I was shopping around for information, pricing and to look at the different styles and edecuate myself before I purchased a scooter. I went to several different stores before I went to mr wheelchair and this was the only company that did not tell me to come back when I was ready to buy. mr wheelchair answered all my questions went over everything and did not try to rush me out the store

I was out shopping around for information, pricing to look at mobility scooters and I went to 3 different stre before mr.wheelchair and I have to say they were the only store to sit with me and answer all questions knowing I was not going to buy a scooter today, the other stores kept answering all my questions by saying when your ready to buy then come back and well go over everything then. I felt like no one wanted to talk to me or answer my questions because I wasn't buying a scooter today and mr wheelchair went over everythging with me on the different styles and options and and answered all my questions without rushing me. I will be buying my scooter from mr.wheelchair next month

My family went on vacation this year and I broke my ankle at the last minute before the vacation and I was not able to go unless I could find a heavy duty wheelchair to rent for a month and did not reserve my wheelchair rental with anyone and I was going and calling everywhere in last minute need of a heavy duty wheelchair rental and I went to there shop and he did not have any rentals available at that time and he listened to my story and provided me with a brand new heavy duty wheelchair rental aafter talking with me. I think he deserves a good review thank you @ Mr Wheelchair you guys saved our vacation

They fix my chair for about 8 years now and I never had a problem 5 stars for them
