Beware of the Lang klinic or Institute ,(what ever their real name is) they are not licensed by the Philadelphia Health dept to do permanent makeup , but they are still doing it . if any one is considering going for permanent makeup here call the Health dept and ask about their licensing status . You might even want to call the city hall to see if Lang Klinic is a legitimate registered business. They even claim to have multiple offices and this is false.
