The woman that owns the store has terrible customer service skills. I purchased a costume for halloween (which is also my birthday) and the owner made my experience horrible. The costume did not fit, so I went to attempt to exchange the item because I knew there were no refunds. The owner immediately got defensive and asked me "Well what's $30?", then stated "I didn't force you to buy it, I didn't hold a gun to your head." She automatically argued that she "didn't have to put a sign up for a dressing room" and that "Macy's doesn't tell you they have a dressing room". Her attitude towards her customers is unacceptable and completely unnecessary. I did not get angry or disrespectful with this woman, but she completely has no regard for anyone else's money but her own. Terrible business owner.
