They have bad customer service. They selling messed up ideas and dont wanna give u your money back DONT NOT GO TO THEM

The worst phone store ever. They don't open and they take your money for bad product. The store opens when it wants to. The phone number to the store doesn't work

I can't rate it just yet but so far I dropped my phone off on Sat and was told to give 3/4 day's and so far today is 4th day I stopped by yesterday and was told it would be ready today so we will see. now my phone was only 6 weeks old I made one phone bill payment on it and all the sudden it wouldn`t even turn on, wouldn`t hold a charge, nothing at all now the phone was never wet,dropped,bumped,crushed,in or around any type of heat. it`s a manufacturing problem so around 10:00 am today i`ll be able to give This store a rating, but so far as to dealing with the store and workers i`d say I would give it a 4 out of 5 rating I like the store and hopefully after getting my phone back i`ll still feel the same wish me luck :-) :-) :-) :-)

Ummmm I dropped my phone off 4 days ago for a simple procedure to update it to iTunes or something like that...the guy said it would be done the next morning not only did they close early the night I dropped it off but the number isn't working they have on the store and I NEED MY PHONE!! Hopefully who works there is ok but I need my phone like 4 days ago
