Joe Jr incorrectly prepared my taxes resulting in my getting bills from the IRS. He would never return my calls or answer them. It has taken me over a year for them to correct my taxes and there is still another one. It is now an H&R Block and that family gave up the business, but they are no better. Horrible service.

While discussing why our tax returns had been improperly prepared by his office, Joseph Cucinotta Jr. used profanity towards me before disconnecting our call. When I called the office back, Jr. had run and told his father he was unable to provide me with adequate service. While Joe's dad admitted the service I had been provided was unacceptable, and stated that he "could not condone" his son's behavior, he provided me with no resolution. After his father forced him to speak to me again, Joe Jr. insinuated that if I "came down there", we might resolve this matter "outside his office". Threatening someone with violence at all is unprofessional. Threatening someone with violence while you are cowering behind your daddy is comedic. Joe Sr. and his son lack any sense of responsibility or professionalism. I cannot suggest looking elsewhere for answers to your financial questions in any stronger terms.

This is the best person they saved my sister's business. She was doing the taxes wrong and they went back and checked and rechecked... they are great
