A friend referred me to Ming for computer repair. I am very picky and always nervous when it comes to having someone dig through my computer and put something on there or break something extra just to rip me off (Had a real bad experience with Bestbuy's Geeksquad, ended up paying hundreds for a minor fix. Ming made the experience very "at ease" for me. From the day I dropped it off for hard drive (thought I was going to lose everything) and screen replacement to the day I picked it up, he made sure I was kept well informed. Put a brand new hard drive and new screen in, took his time to even cleaned up my computer. Now not only does my computer runs like new but also looks like new. Attention to detail definitely shows.

I have a broken laptop and I brought it here for repair. The guys have exceeded my expectations and they seem to love what they are doing.

Highly recommend. Ming was very nice. He was very fast and did a great job. He was able to figure out the problem and fixed my laptop after a day.

Wow... just wow. What a nice and honest guy Ming is, went to another tech guy prior to calling ming and the other guy charged me $60 just to diagnose the problem and it wasn't fixed, number of attempts made to call the guy and was unsuccessful. Called Ming and he was very patience in explaining the issue and was able to fixed the issue within a day!. Highly recommended.

Ming did good, fast work and kept me posted on progress ,and went out of his way to make a repair to my hard drive, i almost want sumthing to go wrong with my computer so i could do business with ming again,

Ming is a hard working honest man. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He really helped me out during a family crisis, and he was prompt and very reasonable. It is amazing to find such a wonderful person in this day and age. The work was done right the first time. The best service ever.

Ming is an excellent guy and did an excellent job in replacing my laptop screen, I mentioned to him I needed my laptop back as soon as possible to finish some papers, he was able to provide quick service, I got my laptop back looking brand new again, not only did he replaced the screen but also gave it a thorough cleaning. Finally a guy I can trust to perform repairs on my computers, In the past I've always went to name brands and some private repair guys and always end up with disappointments, more problems and while being over-charged. Ming was recommended to me by a colleague who spoke highly of him and his service, how thorough and honest he is. and that was exactly the kind of service I received. he was able to give me a quick free diagnostic to determine the virus issue on my laptop, got it all cleaned up inside and out and I was able to pick it up the very next day. would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

My laptop had a myriad of problems which caused it to move very slowly. I took it to Ming; he ran diagnostics, and fixed it- period. He then uploaded anti-virus and an updated Windows 7, at no extra charge. I told him that my laptop was still moving a little slowly, so he fixed it once more very quickly. He's also very professional. Ming is available at the hour he gives his clients, and he finishes the work quickly all for a great price. Any time I have computer questions, not just problems, I will definitely call him for his advice.

Ming was very friendly and helpful. I dropped off my laptop for screen replacement, he was able to give me an estimate on price and time on the spot. Kept me informed the entire time he has my laptop, I was always nervous about leaving people my computers or take it to the shop. but he lets me know when he ordered and received the parts. and I picked it up the very next day, the laptop looks brand new, because he went the extra mile to clean the laptop. Ming of Itz Fixed Computer Repair is incredibly kind and helpful. He helped me determine that the problem with my Acer laptop was my charger, rather than the internal workings of the laptop itself. He saved me from having to send my laptop off to get repaired at an Acer facility in Texas (!), he helped me find a replacement charger online, and he didn't even allow me to pay him for his help. He is reliable, generous, and I would (and will) recommend him to anyone in Philly.



Just went back to Ming for the second time - he helped my 2 laptops run more smoothly, installed antivirus on them, and hooked them up to my computer, all for a very reasonable price. He is kind and generous with his time, and I'll continue to return.

Ming's service is the best hands down! He beats any franchise or business. He is super friendly, and very trust-worthy. He is very affordable, and does not over-charge for anything. In-fact, he can be very generous with what he offers. I needed a new operating system for my new hard drive, and Ming finished my computer in 2 days! I will definitely go to Ming from now on for any further computer issues, and would highly recommend him to anyone, for affordable and fast computer repair services.

Excellent and affordable service! I wasnt comfortable leaving my computer because of issues Ive had in the past with other repairmen but he was very friendly and offered to do the repair right in front of me which made me very comfortable. Ming helped me recover very important documents. Service was fast and i would recommend to anyone and would trust to leave my computer with him.

In the process of doing a paper for school a virus locked my computer. I couldn't access anything on my computer. I was completely locked out. I called around and places were asking for to much money. I took my computer to Ming and not only did he fix my computer, he put some anti virus on for me and saved my documents. He is also very affordable and nice and I highly recommend him.. :)

I am sooo lucky to have found a honest affordable knowledgeable computer guy!!!!! Ming took my computer figured out what the issue was after so many others could not. When I say super affordable I mean super affordable. Compared to all the computer fix it companies and "geeks" I called and the many that made attempts to repair it, Ming was THE BEST HANDS DOWN. Trust me if it can be fixed he's the one that can and will fix it!!!!!

Ming took my Non Working iMac G5 and got it working again for me. My iMac had a lot of issues. Would load up sometimes and sometimes it would lock up. Wouldn't load the start up programs. Ming took it apart and fixed the issues. Gave it back to me running as it was when I got it. Thanks for the speedy and Great service.

The problem with my laptop ended up being minor which made me pretty happy. Itz Fixed was able to plug in his Universal Charger to determine that the problem was with my charger. He also informed me that I needed to change the battery. Itz Fixed went a step ahead and found both a battery and a charger on Ebay for a very affordable price. After he sent me the links, I purchased both items through Ebay and received them in the mail today. My laptop is working as good as new again :-)

After dropping my laptop and causing damage to the point I could no longer even turn it on ...I franticly Googled and found several local computer repair companies. I must have contacted at least twelve different places and by first impressions....Itz Fixed not only replied with the most reasonable price quote, but the owner, Ming, was the only one who was exceptional in customer service. His response to my initial online inquiry, as well as additional emails, were prompt and courteous and very informative.



Within the hour of dropping my damaged laptop off to Ming, he was calling with confirmation to what the damage was and his next steps to getting it fixed. I asked him to keep me posted and Ming maintained updated contact with me from ordering parts through my laptop's complete repair... which ended up requiring basically opening up several layers of the internal guts of my laptop. Ming still guaranteed the quoted price!
