My mother received excellent care, knowledgeable nurses and very good triage support. Couldn't be happier

Very disappointing. They accepted my mother as a patient and failed to inform us that there is a delay in physical and occupational therapy. The delay forced me to call other home care agencies that could deliver the appropriate home care ordered. I find this delay to be medical negligence. If you can't deliver the ordered care, you should not accept the patient.
