Hammer collision 5025 torresdale ave is the place to take your car!! I am so satisfied with the results of my husband car..omg Joe is a blessing!!

One star because there isnt a no star option... These people are the worst! My car took one month to fix.. One month for a bumper, fender and headlights? Then they charged my insurance for work that they didn't do. These people need to be shut down as soon as possible. The owner is rude and I had a few choice words for him. He took the little rental my insurance paid for days before my car was finished. One month, $5500+ and all for a new bumper, fender and headlights. They had so many people calling for their cars and he would lie to them about supposedly needing more time to fix the issue. He told one customer that he needed more time to fix his bumper because he found damage on the car behind the bumper when they removed it. He then told his secretary Marilyn to call the insurance because they need to get paid for the extra days. Then they sit there and joke about how he was lying but who gives a f*&k right?

The absolute worst. I'm surprised Joe the owner hasn't been charged or convicted of insurance fraud yet. Avoid this place at all costs, they will take forever with your vehicle then avoid your phone calls. They will cut any corner possible to pocket the check meant to fix your car. Never again!

Outstanding work! Sent multiple cars. I am a perfectionist who needs my cars 195℅ whole (in better condition from what I could possibly make it. They definitely do that. I understood I wasn't getting cheap work like most franchise body shops that only give you one bottom of the barrel paint job. Instead mechanical and visual perfection in exchange for my patience allowing them to do the job I paid for to far exceed my expectations!!! Priceless!! (Even though they were seriously inexpensive.) Lol!! Ask for Joe or Sam they'll give you a discount! They hooked me up!!!

DO NOT go to Hammer Collision. They are completely unprofessional in dealing with car repairs. My car has been in the shop over the twice the amount they had initially estimated all because there was a communication issue with the adjuster and they had failed to inform me about it. The car was simply sitting in the shop for over a week. When I tried to ask them to keep me updated on such delays and status, they declined, saying that they had too much on their plate. They are not trying to work with the customer and all they seem to care about is getting as much money as possible from the insurance company. I would *STRONGLY DISCOURAGE* anyone from using this shop. If your car ends up here, move it another shop as soon as possible before any work gets done on the car.

If you are in need of auto repair; I strongly suggest you find another shop to go to! Hammer Collision had miraculously found my stolen truck before the cops even did and contact me because they went through my truck to find my business cards and contact me stating that they found my truck. They had my truck for four months (took the insurance company 6 weeks to give the go-ahead to start the work) and never started the work on my truck! Every time I stopped at the shop (after they were given the go-ahead) they would say that they were starting the truck that it would be finished within 3 or four weeks; this happen THREE TIMES and the work was never even started. Then I tried to have to truck removed and taken to another shop to have the work started and completed by PROFESSIONALS and they refused to have it removed until I paid them storage fees! Storages Fees? Had they started the work within a reasonable timeframe they could have made a whole lot more but there is definitely something extremely shady about this business and the co-owner Joe Rios is a complete jerk! I strongly suggest that if you are in need of work...DO NOT GO TO HAMMER COLLISION.
