Eric Mitchell, owner of Greater North East Roofing company is a criminal. He sold me a roofing contract in 8/2010 for $1,500 and did not comply with the terms of the contract. My roof has continually leaked since it was supposedly "cleaned, resealed, re-flashed using Fibered roof cement and fiberglass membrane, coated throughout the entire roof...'. Calls were not returned and legal papers threatening action sent to the 2nd street address and a Castor Avenue address on his letterhead were returned. I will continue to take action to see that he is no longer able to do business. Eric Mitchell is a con and anything but honest. DO NOT USE Greater Northeast Roofing Co.!

Very prompt service the owner and workers were very polite the workers very clean I have not had any trouble with the roof they installed. I would use this company again.
