I am very pleased with my eyeglasses and Sandi was most helpful! She was very efficient and gave me honest advice when choosing my frames. I love the two pair and was so pleased with the service I bought sunglasses also. I was hesitant to go there but everything went well!

recently tried the office for it is local, however the service they provided were unacceptable.Unable to get an itemized bill to submit to insurance, had to go back to office before I could get a bill. Staff showed no signs of training during the process, unfortunately I have an $800.00pair of glassed I cannot see with. their return policy was not explained to me until after getting receipt a day after I had my glasses, there is a no return policy.I do not recommend this store it is most agravating to deal with them. Keep in mind you are dealing with inexperienced people,however they are very experienced at finances. They sent my bill in 2 days. do to suit yourself. Remember there are other eyeglass stores in the neighborhood. Stay away from this company. thank you---tell your family and friends do yourself and them a favor.
