If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter has been coming here since she was a toddler, she is now 14.

My daughter comes out, Dr says she has no cavities and needs to floss more often. He says my daughter needs braces. I ask him if we need a referal to go to an orthodontist. He says to me, "Well she needs braces, but she said she doesn't want them. You shouldn't force her to get braces, It will just be a fight." Um exuse me? I am the parent, she is a juvenile dependant. My insurance company pays you to care for her teeth and answer my questions and concerns about her dental health. A 14 year old is not old enough to make her own medical decisions, nor should you as a medical provider sit there and undermine my authority and responsibility as a parent to ensure my childs well being! This is a medical decision that has already been made on her behalf by both of her parents. Needless to say, we will be finding a new dentist!

Unfair, Unprofessional

My son missed one appointment and all four of my kids were released from Dr Reich Practice. I called and apologized for the missed appointment and rescheduled for the following Monday with no problem but on the day of my rescheduled appointment I received a voice message stating that all four of my children were no longer welcomed at this practice. I should not have been allowed to reschedule my appoinment if they were going to discountinue their services. Most dental practices will charge you a fee if you miss a appointment, however, this Dental office abruptly dicountinued services even though I only missed one appointment. It was unfair to release my son for missing one appointment but to release the other 3 children as well was rude and unprofessional. Being a great provider is more than providing good medical care, you also must possess empathy, understanding and a willingless to work along with your patients. Practice what you preach Dr Reich. If you expect your patients to give adequate notice of missed appointments, give your patients the same courtesy. I gave less than 24 hours notice to inform your office that I could not make the appointment and you too gave less than 24 hours notice to notify me that my children were no longer welcomed at your practice. Im being punished by having my kids kicked out of your practice but what is your punishment? Karma will decide. What comes around goes around.
