I needed credit score counseling (no credit history). I called, set up an appointment for an one hour ($65) appt. They mailed me out forms that i filled out. I showed up ten minutes early, got brought in ten minutes late. The woman gave me an attitude & kept rolling her eyes at my ?s. She ran my credit report, and she told me to take out a student loan to improve my credit. I do not attend school. She then told me join a credit bureau when you have to have a relative who's a member. She told me that those were my only options. I suggested buying a large scale item at a department store to establish credit and she flipped her story around as if she suggested that. she then tried to usher me out of her office 15 minutes early because she had other appointments. I called the next day and complained. The manager said he would issue me my money in full that week, and one didnt get issued for nearly a month. No one that works here is competent in the least. CCCS was a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.
