This Company promised to close the sale of my Timeshare and had me to wire money to for what was suppose to be a transaction fee and a tax which was suppose to be refunded at closing but it never happened and when I tried to contact them by phone and email I was not able to get an answer. Until this day I have not been able to contact anyone from Concord Title.

The building has a nice industrial look to it and they always give me great service. I have dealt with Concord Title there for over 5 years and have never had a problem with them. Concord Title is always accessible via phone and/or email. Concord title take the time to explain everything that my clients ask about on the loan paperwork.

Concord Title in Philadelphia were great. My wife and I bought our first summer home this year and they guided us through the loan process. To start, they asked us questions about our price range and offered estimates of what the initial fees and monthly costs would be for each loan. This helped us greatly when we finally found a place since it gave us a nice ballpark of our payments. When we found our home they were quick and efficient with their document requests and made the loan process a breeze. The rate was competitive and the closing was simple.

I have done business with Concord Title on many occasions over the last couple of years. I find them to be trustworthy, experienced, knowledgeable, and an asset to our community. Five Stars service!

I'm a first time home buyer and educating myself about the whole process. Home inspection being one of the most important things in making a educated decision about a property. The team of Concord Title have always treated my questions with respect and have been very informative. Ruben is an excellent inspector and very knowledgeable about different aspects of properly inspecting a home and the things to look for when interested in a property.I plan on purchasing several properties in the future and Concord title is the only company I trust with making sure I make an educated decision.
