Mark the owner of chops placed dog crap outside of my store at 1:18pm in the afternoon while his steak shop should be busy with lunch. It is not busy and he has time to play with dog crap.

Apparently he is blaming me for all of his PPA parking tickets. Mark thinks he is above paying for parking and uses the loading zone two doors up from his steak shop.
