This was my kids dentist for 7 years. Two months ago I called because I didn't get a reminder that my kids' appointment was coming up and my son complained that his tooth hurt. I was rudely told "well ya didn't" when I asked when my kids' appointment was scheduled for. I asked if I could schedule one and she rudely said "we're not booking appointments until April." Considering my son had tooth pain I asked if they had anything at all sooner or if I could be put on a list and she rudely said again that they weren't booking until April. I knew they had a list for emergencies and if someone cancelled the'd call, because I had done that before with them. I asked to speak to a manager because of the way I was treated. I was put on hold for 10-15 minutes and the woman who answered must not have realized that she picked up because she said "hang on, I have to deal with this hideous bitch." I was floored. This is a PEDIATRIC dentist. They deal only with children and this is how they speak in the office. She tried to say she was referring to someone else, but that did not fly. I got a call back from someone who miraculously found an appointment for my kids and was told I would get a call regarding the complaint I made. I never got that call and when I took my kids for their appointment today, I asked and apparently they did nothing at all about it. I am never sending my kids there again.

Dr. Mike is amazing and works so well with my autistic son who has sensory issues and freaks out at the dentist. I no longer care about this though because for him not to have disciplined his staff over something so unprofessional, I don't care how good he is with my son, it's NOT worth the frustration of dealing with the staff and how unprofessional they are.
