We found this business by an ad for a Jeep Patriot. We did not have any referral so we took a chance on this dealership. I believe they are relatively new to retail car sales (instead of wholesale)? But, we liked the car and the price and went ahead and purchased it. On the way home, there was a little trouble - the car died!!! What a sinking feeling of knowing that as soon as we drove it off the lot something went wrong. Much to my surprise and delight, they sent someone to come get us - we were maybe 40 minutes away. They asked if we would like our money back, or would we like them to replace the part (it was the alternator). That right there told me that they were ethical people. Technically they could have took the position that we purchased it "as is" but they didn't. They bought and installed a new alternator and the car has been great since. The used car business can get a bad reputation, but these folks at Arianna Import were incredibly ethical and I would definitely recommend them.
