These guys will not take responsibility for any damage to your car. I was just there......they motioned me to go forward to get on the track, but evidently I was not lined up well enough and my tire went up onto the track and then slipped over to the other side. It was then right up against the building......they told me to straighten out my tires and back up. Consequently my car was scratched deeply.......they blamed me and would not give me the owner's contact information. I called the cops, but they would not give them the info either. This is the car wash in the Andorra Shopping Center, and these guys are JERKS!

I had been going to this car wash for several years. The prep man would wash the front and rear of the car before entering the automated system. A tip envelope was hung next to the window where you pay. On my last visit, the prep person was standing next to the entance, but not washing my car. The tip evelope was no longer hanging by the window. I paid my $7 for the wash just as the prep person started to wash the front of my car. To my shock, the man at the cash register started yelling at the Prep man, No Tip, No Prep. Andorra Car Wash now requires a tip before they do their job.

The owner of this car wash lets teenagers run his place to the detriment of customers.



My car got scratched the last time I went there and the owner did not take care of the damage.



Terrible place. I'll never go there again.
