The noise level in this building is just too painful for any adult to continue to live here. The apartments are beautiful, but they rent to college students with room mates. After 9pm, this complex which consists of 4 buildings, echoes with loud bass, DJ on the roof, parties so loud, you can hear them down the block, that last until 3 am. The management, which does not work on weekends, is completely ineffective in stopping these parties. I feel like I live in a frat house, not a luxury building
