If I could have given them 0 stars, I would.

Its now been 4 months since I requested to have my roof re-sealed and bricks replaced near the roof. Because of a historically litigious neighbor who would spuriously claim that renovations I'd completed on my house caused damages to theirs, I requested and confirmed with Susan (the secretary) and Gary (the owner) that pictures be taken of the before and after work; I requested this during the scoping of the work, as well as confirmed the day prior to the work being done, and they assured me pictures would be provided.

The day the work was done, Susan called to let me know and request payment. I inquired about the pictures and she claimed that one of the workman had the pictures on the phone, but that she would email to me asap later that afternoon; so I promptly paid (my mistake; now I know better). That was May 2013. We're now in September 2013 -- I've followed up with phone calls and emails on a weekly basis to now avail.

The work was done to a rental property so I was not able to take the pictures myself (besides the fact that there's no way to get up to the roof - that's why I hire people) ... I would think that a few pictures would have been quite easy and simple to take and send? Because they refuse to send the pictures, I can only assume the work was not done, or not done properly which is why they're afraid to provide pictures.

Did the job on time with little inconvenience. Price was great, and they were very professional.

Very reliable, great work, reasonable prices, great people! I had a rubber roof put on my porch roof and main roof along with a new skylight and I have had NO problems! I would not recommend anyone else but McGinnis Roofing!

would never recommend. I got nothing but a run-around after asking them to fix a job not properly done. Stay away
