The car was delivered on time and they were easy to work with. UNTIL they dropped the car off with two large gashes in the tire (not that way at pickup). The tire was filled down the street so that it did not flatten until after they pulled away, which was quickly. There was no explanation, and no admission of guilt afterwards on the phone. I'll give them two stars because it was delivered, but would never use them in the future. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way it was handled after the fact was terrible. The tire had half life left and $50 would have made everything go away, but instead they got angry and refused to accept responsibility.



They tried to defend themselves and say it was a screw, unfortunately I am not an idiot and know that it was two large gashes in the sidewall. Furthermore, there was a trail from the two gashes that was clearly from rubbing against something. The tire shop said there was no doubt in his mind that this came from rubbing against something, unfortunately they were too unreasonable to slow down and accept that. I would give zero stars for the experience, but in all fairness will give two....the absolute max deserved.
